"We bought a bed and base from Napier Big Save and had wonderful service from Tammy a couple of weeks ago. My husband and I called into the store in Hastings today, to look at headboards. We found one that we liked however it was the display model and no others in stock, there were some dents and marks on the display model, when asked if the price would be reduced advised by the tall Indian customer serviceman that no that was the price, before he dashed off to serve someone else. Very disappointed in the way we were ignored and who would pay full price for a damaged product….not on Big Save Hastings and very disappointed!"
