Centrally located between Napier CBD and Taradale, our establishment offers excellent access to all amenities. Additionally, our laundry and clothesline facilities are available for your use.
Our accommodation options include clean, modern, and warm self-contained apartments with spacious living areas, as well as spacious studios with ensuite bathrooms/showers and kitchenettes. You can rest assured that your comfort is our top priority.
In addition to our accommodation services, we also operate Bike About Tours, a bike rental company with a heart. For those not staying at Greenmeadows on Gloucester, we offer a mini bus collection and drop-off service.
Your host, Jenne Leedes, has many years of experience in hosting guests from all over New Zealand and the world. She takes pride in ensuring that every guest is well taken care of during their stay. Jenne is more than willing to share her wealth of knowledge about Hawke's Bay and assist you in organizing your activities in the area.
Greenmeadows on Gloucester is conveniently located 6.6kms from downtown Napier and 1.3kms from Taradale Shopping Centre. The Route 12 Bus Stop, located opposite our establishment, provides easy access to Napier, Taradale, and Hastings.

Green meadows never refunded me and have been difficult to engage long story short have chosen not to engage.A bad experience for me one I'm not likely to repeat with them a disgraceful lack of customer service and shocking treatment.."
"I booked my room from Sydney Australia for one night 14/15 unfortunately when I arrived motel no one was there it was look like a ghost house , I try to call them no one answered the phone, then I found a old lady she told me to go back door to see if anyone there but unfortunately no one was there for 30 to 45 minutes so I left the motel and rebooked other places. I emailed them to cancel my booking and don’t charge because of the reason I written up however they take money from my credit card in full amount. I really don’t understand how a motel have no reception to welcome guest between 2.30pm to 3.45pm !"
