"Helpful team as always. Would give 5 stars but don't like to feel pressured in buying additional, then they note that on the sales doc. "Customer declined mattress protector." My son is a student on a limited budget & $150 protector is far too expensive for his $500 sale. It's upsetting for commission & bit off putting. Otherwise, it's great service."
