"We have come for my grandsons birthday for many years on the 22nd August the food was good but the service was terrible our waitress couldn't care less about us. We were a table of 10 waited ages for drinks and to top it off brought out birthday cake before table was cleared from main meal. She clearly needs more training on how to look after and liase with customers. Certainly not up to your normal standard Shanis. Very disappointed."
"We booked a table and arrived and we’re taken upstairs. I can only guess this is the kids area. The poor waiting staff had to contend with a group of noisy and badly behaved children. Perhaps this is why our starter never appeared. Avoid this place before 8pm when the kids (hopefully) go home. Food that did arrive was pleasant enough (but the fries were dreadful). May five it another try later in the evening."
