"1st time trying Hell Pizza, I had seen an ad pop up on Facebook and thought why not treat the family, unfortunately our order wasnt right, I did go back into the store and the issue was solved after an investigation, However I would appreciate being treated like a person and not treated like I was pulling the wall over anyones eyes, video footage was shown, but did not prove anything as the food, video and what staff said did not match! "This was my first order from Napier previously having lived in Lower Hutt so ordered from Upper Hutt as closer. Napier was disappointing. No flavour just bland. I put in feedback accordingly and someone rang to point out that I was wrong as bernaise sauce was never on cursed. The sprouted seed base was the best thing about the pizza. Everything else was tasteless and a waste of $26.50. Not worth 5x dominos. Napier was very ho hum about it all and pointed put I can add salt and pepper in the notes. But that will never happen as I'm cancelling my account as not customer focused or prepared to fix anything. REGARDLESS OF THE SAUCE THE PIZZA WAS BLAND. I ORDERED THAT CURSED IN WELLINGTON MANY TIMES NEVER BLAND. AND TELLING ME IM WRONG IS NOT A HELPFUL WAY TO SOLVE A CUSTOMER PROBLEM"
