"My doctor saved my life when it came to listening and providing what I needed for my mental health. She is now on leave and has been replaced with a nice, thorough doctor. Receptionist always asks how much I want to pay which is nice to offer instead of having to ask. Website is great and makes it easy to order repeat prescriptions, requests are always fulfilled fast. Phone is sometimes difficult to get through to but has been improving recently. Plenty of parking and blood test lab on site is handy."
"The doctors are top notch but the cold and patronizing attitude of a receptionist there is daunting when you are already feeling below par. I seeI am not alone in this belief. It has got to the point now where I am looking at other options, especially since my lovely Dr there, has now left to take up a post overseas."
"I just recently found out that I'm pregnant and have been having a bit of bleeding that has made me really worried of why that is happening. The reception has told me that my doctor isn't available this week and that a nurse will ring me. When the nurse rung all she had to say was that the only option is to go to the 24 hours as it's free charge. I have been at this doctors since i was a kid and I have never been disappointed in these nurses and the they're lack of effort. I say if u show no care and interest towards your clients, dont work there at all."
