"Went there to get a piece of glass cut. Workshop wasn't open at specified hours. Waited around half an hour, no one arrived to work. Called the phone a few times no answer. Left a message, and three days later still no call back. Waste of time. Got my piece of glass cut at Glass and Glazing on West Street within 15 mins while I waited. Good result in the end but not from alert."
"Great service received, we needed a window replaced urgently, and from the start of the phone call there was a clear plan to get it done and the house secured. Very grateful for the service and prompt response to my call, especially since no other glazier would come and repair tonight, they only wanted to patch and come back!! Thanks!!"
"There is no co-ordination between the staff and the owner. Staff commits to the customer but owner says staff have no authority to commit. They are just making fool of the customer. If staff have no authority, then they better call owner before committing anything to the customer. They will simply send you bill and if you disapprove, they will scare you that they will take legal action. Who has time for all this, so you end up paying them. Have not seen anyone treating customers in this way. Wont recommend. They can anytime change their wordings. So dont trust them. Here is a Response to the owner comment below- Yes i was happy with the outcome, I wont lie. But looks like owner has started lying now that I wanted some discount. Please go back and check with your staff and then reply what was committed if you are still not clear."
