"Had a bad experience here. I was wanting 6 x H4 number 2 rounds at 3.6m long. I called and was told by a lady called Yvonne that they were in stock! I was quoted a price per pole. About a week later I called to check they were still in stock as I was driving over from Tauranga to pick up. Alarm bells rang this time as she kept referring to the poles as 100x100 (not sure how you get a square post out of a round) but anyway I reiterated round post about three times and I was told there were 40 odd in stock! I made the drive over from Tauranga only to be told by the guy in the yard that they don't normally stock them being 3.6 long! They yard guy called her up over a radio and she tried to blame someone else in the office and basically denied even taking my call. Wasted hours of my time plus fuel cost."
