"Terrible customer service. My son tried on slides in store, was unable to walk in them properly because they were tied together. We purchased them, walked less than 4 meters down the street to our car before he realised they were too big. They looked totally unworn. The shop was unable to offer another size and refused to refund (we had been out of the shop for less than 2 mins!). Although they aren't legally obliged to offer a refund I was shocked at the lack of flexibility for local customers. Don't know how they compete with all the online stores and the great stores that offer much better customer service and . Very behind the times."
