"If there was a zero star option, this would be picked. Very dishonest and money hungry business. I rented from Property Boss for just over 12 months in the central city of chch. They withheld our bond because they believed the house was left unreasonable and partially damaged, but did not let us rectify anything. We then filed for the tenancy tribunal. This has now been resolved at the expense of my time, mental health and money. If you are wanting an easy rental experience, go elsewhere. Do not let them fool you. Take pictures of everything, mark down every time/date they enter the property. And be present for your exit inspection. Never in my life would I have thought I would've gone through this. If you want an easy going experience, stay away from the Property Boss."
