"The worst experience I've had to endure from any company. It first started with the unprofessional unfriendly not very helpful phone reception to start the process of ordering a tool shed. Just thought she was having a bad day so didn't worry about until I ordered a tool shed online in October 2021. I didn't get any confirmation of the order until I rung the office. I asked for a delivery date and was told week of the 17 Jan 2022, along time to wait. I was told to pay 20% deposit and remiander before delivery. The invoice that was sent was a photo copied receipt and a bank deposit slip. So 21 Jan 2022 contacted a person from the company and they then mentioned that they were waiting for the remainder of my payment. My frustration was at peak now as I didn't have a date of delivery, so how can I pay the remainder if I don't have a delivery date. Mentioning that in an email and voicing my concern that a full payment for a job that hasn't been completed yet is unheard of. We are still waiting and not impressed with the lack of communication and how lack of professionalism from this company."
