"Called the Riverside location in search of a bag (AEL008) that was out of stock online in the specific colour that I wanted. It turned out it was also out of stock at Riverside but the sales consultant, Lynsey, went out of her way to track one down at another location and then phone me a few minutes later to confirm that she had gotten the Riccarton location to set one aside for me. Really pleased with the product (second Alchemy item i've purchased with the AEM001 being the first) but even more pleased with the customer service! Thanks a lot Lynsey!"
