"Very unpleasant experience and unethical behaviour by the property manager Eric. We checked out of the hotel and got charged $80 for a luggage rack that the manager claims we broke during our stay. No prior communication or effort was made by the manager to contact us or inform us of the issue. He feels free to take the money from my card and then calls me “ridiculous” for questioning him about this over the phone. The rooms were not cleaned property. The food was below average and amenities in the room were uncleaned from previous use. Although the property and location itself is beautiful the service and the transparency of their staff is poor. Will not recommend staying there."
