Each of our en-suite bedrooms provides stunning views of either the farmland or our beautiful garden, with direct access to a patio for you to enjoy the fresh air. The rooms feature a super king bed, which can be converted into two long single beds if preferred.

Our house is surrounded by a large and shady woodland garden, boasting a delightful mix of native and exotic trees such as rhododendrons, hosta, bluebell, and ivy. You'll also find a variety of orchard trees, including apples, pears, plums, peaches, apricots, feijoas, and quinces, which we happily share with our guests. As you explore our garden, take in the tranquil atmosphere and listen to the delightful songs of native birds such as bellbirds, fantails, tuis, and kereru. Occasionally, you may even spot some sheep from the neighboring farm.

At Cashmere Hills B&B, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service. As the owner is an experienced barista and cafe chef, you can indulge in great coffee and a delicious cooked or continental breakfast. Our breakfast includes homegrown organic fruit and locally sourced products, ensuring a delightful start to your day.

Relax and unwind in our large and comfortable guest lounge, where you can enjoy some quiet time reading or sipping a cup of tea. The lounge is equipped with a fridge, freezer, and microwave, allowing you to store and prepare snacks at your convenience. Help yourself to the assortment of snacks, chocolates, and fruits available. We also provide tea and coffee for you to enjoy.

For the ultimate relaxation, we have a cedar bath in our garden. Every evening, we fill it with fresh hot water, allowing you to soak and unwind while the soothing cedar scent relaxes your senses and the warm water rejuvenates your body.

Conveniently, a bus runs to the city center from just outside our gate. From there, you can easily access popular attractions such as the Arts Centre, Botanic Gardens, and downtown shops, cafes, and restaurants.
