Also the phone service said it only take 7-10 business days, but the branch staff said it gonna take 15 business days which is 3 weeks. "Poor customer service, always a issue with changing money because the local company I work for does not bank with anz and for some reason or 'policy' that is a issue, when I rang customer service they had not real explanation as to why but just said ' sorry we can't do that' with no real explanation as to why, currency is currency isn't.
