"Terrible and embarrassing communication and follow up! Was promised a quote within a week in December '15 and took 4 months to finally get it after relentless calling and emailing, and then being asked for my plans again because they were misplaced (they had been orginally emailed) then I get an email a year and a half later "following up" with the quote. I sent an email back giving feedback on the lack of communication and was accused of not giving my plans till march 16. Which I then sent them a picture of them saying they printed my plan that week I came in. Incredibly disappointing and rude."
