As a community-based organization, we are dedicated to supporting individuals with long-term mental health conditions or disabilities across the Waikato, Taranaki, and Taupo regions.

We firmly believe in the power of strengths-based approaches and offer a range of individual and group activities that promote both mental and physical well-being.

Our services are guided by the Code of Health and Disability Consumers Rights, ensuring that every individual receives the highest standard of care and support. Our ultimate aim is to create "Communities without Barriers," where individuals with mental health conditions or disabilities can thrive and lead fulfilling lives.
