"Will not be going back too Specsavers! Got a confirmation call on Friday evening. The guy on the phone at 4 55pm was abrupt and rude! And didn't even say goodbye , he just ended the phone call. I'm disgusted at how I was spoken too! You should NOT employ people who don't have common decency or people skills! I went too my app at 9 40am on Saturday as I have also had good experiences at that store. The guy who did my eye scan and optometrist were excellent. After that the guy Ben wasn't helpful or really nice or smiled or understanding of my circumstances. Felt like I was he couldn't wait too move onto the next customer. Like I was just another number he had too get through. Disgusting !"
