"been twice while on holiday near by. First time was acceptable, service wasn't great but more then reasonable considering. Second time was horrid. Mate and I waited about 5 mins to be served, No service and so he rings the bell. a few moments later he is served with little to no communication, as soon as he leaves i am now in the payment processing spot, cashier looks at me and then walks off again. I assume it is only for a few moments but over 5 mins later I am still waiting there. We ended up leaving without my goods as we thought this was insane."
