Welcome to Elim Early Learning Centre, a quality care and education provider located centrally in Cambridge at 8 Wordsworth Street. At Elim, we believe in nurturing each child's unique talents and helping them discover the joy of friendship and community. Our dedicated team of teachers is committed to creating an environment where children can grow, learn, and explore the adventure of the world around them.

We understand that many families in our community have work commitments outside of Cambridge, which is why we offer longer hours than many other centres. Our doors are open from 7.15am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, throughout the year (excluding Public Holidays). We welcome children from infancy through to school age, and we offer special considerations for children under 6 months of age on a case-by-case basis.

At Elim, we provide excellent multifaceted developmental learning in a beautiful setting. Our curriculum embraces a natural play approach, allowing each child to develop their skills and abilities in their own unique way. These strength-based programs not only help your child thrive but also prepare them for the school years ahead.

We believe in providing quality education that is affordable for our community. Our fees reflect this commitment, and we offer a range of options including short, standard, or longer day options, with all meals and snacks included. Mealtimes at Elim are not just about nourishment; they are an enjoyable part of our curriculum. We provide nutritious, quality meals every day, and children are often involved in collecting fresh vegetables from our garden and participating in food preparation, which helps develop their self-help skills.

Supporting our families is a top priority for us. We offer discounts for the 20 free hours of Early Childhood Education (ECE) for children over the age of 3, in line with our fee options. Additionally, you may be eligible for additional childcare assistance. For more details about subsidies, you can visit the Working for Families Website or the WINZ website.

We are registered with the Ministry of Social Development for families who qualify for child support subsidies, and we can assist you with the administration of this on enrolment. Our goal is to make sure that every child has access to quality care and education, regardless of their family's financial circumstances.
