"Having previously purchased here I was surprised that the level of service had dropped quite noticeably. Very low trade-in price offered. I fully understand that cars depreciate but when you are asking past customers if they would like to trade up you should have a very sharp pencil ready when they return wanting to purchase (The 3 other offers we got from competitors were all quite a lot higher) Also the Service dept were understaffed due to illness and meant vehicle wasn't ready on time so we skipped the grooming process. People do get sick so my rating doesn't reflect that."
