My son's PS4 crashed and they repaired it, it crashed again and they repaired it, finally it fully crashed and they put in a second hand hard drive...... but didn't charge me much since I'd paid for the first two repairs. I really appreciated this as they could have charged me large for the hard drive but appreciated the fact I had already spent quite a lot, very honest and the PS4 hasn't missed a beat!"
