Reviews
"Food was ok. No complaints there. Was gonna give an extra star but the accusations from the owners for genuine feedback and low star reviews calling them fake gave me the ick. They arent fake reviews. I think its something the owner needs to address rather than acuse the reviewers of lying."
"Foods good. Love going there when I get the chance even though it is getting a bit expensive then it used to be but what isn't?...anyway the reason for the 2 stars is the appalling customer service I witnessed when a customer asked if they have hamburgers and getting greeted by a extremely rude "what?!?" Since they didn't hear due to wearing earphones while in the front of house and after repeating himself getting "No!" Instead of giving any advice or help to find what he's looking for, personally I found that extremely rude and disgusting behavior probably won't be returning due to that witnessed scene."
"The service here was appalling!!!! Even after repeating our order several times they still didn't quite understand. They then proceeded to blame my partner for putting in the wrong order. I was there and heard the order so I don't quite know what she was trying to achieve. I asked for our money back at that point because it became that much of a hassle. Pity I have to give a star at all and there's no option for a negative star."
"Tonight the experience was distressing! Everytime we order here never has it been right. But tonight one was a joke! Staff put atleast 3 doses of extra hot chilly sause in a kebab for a child not a little the wrap was red. The sauses where mayo and satay. When I went in to exchange the staff member who made it was gone. Funny that. She smirked until I rang tho police as she said no to refund. Little did she know I was calling the police on myself because I was getting frustrated. I left with no kebab or refund. As it did escalate bacause of her smirk! All funny until your kid chokes and swells up cause of your staff is to lazy to care!"
"Every month for the last 2 years we have purchased 2 x large Iskenders for our dinner from Anatolia Te Awamutu . Unfortunately our last 2 purchases have hardly had any rice or salad and the meat has been very dry seemingly overcooked. We will give them one more shot and if things haven't improved we will be going elsewhere. Pictured is our purchase 03/07/19."
