Welcome to the New Brighton Club, located on Marine Parade in Christchurch, New Zealand. Situated right on the beachfront, our establishment offers fantastic facilities for all to enjoy. Our Bistro serves delicious meals throughout the day, with lunch available from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm and dinner starting at 5:00 pm. Indulge in a variety of dishes prepared by our talented chefs, and savor the flavors while taking in the stunning views of the beach.

As a point of interest in the community, the New Brighton Club has become a long-standing institution since opening its doors in the early 1950s. The clubrooms, originally built on the site of the New Brighton tram terminal, have undergone expansions and upgrades over the years to become the modern building it is today.

With a strong membership base and a wide range of social activities and sections to get involved in, the New Brighton Club serves as a social gathering place for many in the community. Whether you're interested in participating in sports groups, attending live entertainment events, or simply enjoying a drink with friends at the bar, there's always something happening at our club.

Speaking of the bar, we offer a TAB pod, a fully stocked bar, a big-screen TV, and 18 gaming machines for your entertainment. Our raffles take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, adding an exciting element to your visit.

To make your experience even more convenient, we provide a shuttle service on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Take advantage of this service to easily reach our club and discover all that we have to offer the New Brighton and wider Christchurch community.

Please note that our operating hours are from Tuesday to Saturday, starting at 11:00 am until closing. On Sundays, we open from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm. We kindly ask for your understanding that closing hours will be monitored.

At the New Brighton Club, we operate our bar under a 'Club License,' which means that liquor service is restricted to specific hours. This ensures a responsible and enjoyable environment for all our patrons.
