"Made to feel very uncomfortable turning up at 10am when they are to be open because they were not ready yet? Don’t understand why as this is the time you open perhaps get things sorted before opening the doors instead of making me feel like an inconvenience."

"There was a queue of customers and a little wait. The staff acknowledged me and said they won't be long while getting other orders ready first. When my order was taken, I asked for a specific piece of chicken and got it. Some of the other branches don't do it. It was worth the wait."
