"Placed and paid for 2x separate phone orders for delivery and only 1x was delivered. Phoned the manager the following morning to sort and was told that they could see what had happened and that it would be sorted - an easy refund of approx $30. Some 3 days later still no refund and still not sorted so I physically visited store and was told that the staff knew about this as they had decided to cancel the order for some unknown reason, but had decided not to call an inform me on the night suggesting I should have called up late that night once i had waited an hour and the order hadn't arrived. The manager wasn't on site at the time of my visit so the staff said that it would be sorted as soon as he arrived. Days later still no resolution. Phoned again and was told that the manager was not there but how about I call back later in the day when they expected the manager to be in - I asked how about the manger call me when he is in? - no I needed to keep calling to make contact with the manager. A long story short - still no resolution to a very simple issue that the store agrees my credit card has been charged for an order that they decided to cancel and not delivery - I can not understand why my credit card has not been refunded the $$ straight away and I can not understand why I have had to make contact numerous times even though the store has all my details from the original order and my subsequent follow up phone calls. A lot of wasted time and still no resolution. The only reason I have wasted so much time pursuing $30 is this is actually the 2nd time I have had a non delivery from this store and the 1st time I just wrote off/kissed good bye to the $$"
