BestStart Pioneer

Welcome to BestStart Pioneer, located at 75 Lyttelton Street in Christchurch, New Zealand. We are an establishment that caters to children aged three months to five years, providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

At BestStart Pioneer, we have two separate areas to cater to the different age groups. Our under two area is designed for infants and toddlers, where our teachers create a warm and caring atmosphere. They have developed strong relationships with families and follow the children's cues and routines. This allows for a respectful, calm, and unhurried environment where children can explore at their own pace and in their own time. Our little ones have the opportunity to discover, challenge themselves, and have fun.

In our over twos area, we have a large outdoor space that promotes healthy physical activities. We focus on developing children's confidence, independence, and the ability to work cooperatively with others. Our stimulating learning opportunities challenge and extend your child's learning and development, instilling the skills needed for successful lifelong learning. We are proud to have received the Silver Healthy Heart Award - Whanau Award from the NZ Heart Foundation.

BestStart Pioneer has been absolutely amazing every step of the way. Our teachers are supportive, and our facility offers a wide range of activities to engage children. We strive to provide the best environment for your little ones.

Our nursery tamariki have been exploring our brand new playground, and we have been teaching them about healthy eating and how to care for their bodies. We even have our own little vegetable patch where children can learn how to care for and grow their own vegetables.
