"so went to sell some older tools as i had upgraded to newer gear and was happy to take a little less to avoid dealing the the sale process there offer was insulting i understand they have to make money but i would of got more panhandling for an hour absolute joke also staff are lazy rude and unhelpful if your the owner reading this you need to really sit down your staff and give them a lesson in customer service i'm amazed this place is still operating !!"
