Welcome to Otumoetai Playcentre, located at 75 Windsor Road in Tauranga, New Zealand. As an establishment and point of interest, we are proud to offer a unique and family-focused early childhood education experience.

At Otumoetai Playcentre, we believe in the power of play, participation, and positive guidance. Our children learn and grow through a wide range of experiences provided by their parents or family members who stay on session with them. We understand that curiosity, creativity, and learning are nurtured best through a quality environment, supported by parents and whanau as children's first and best educators.

Our centre is well-resourced and boasts a spacious outdoor area for children to explore and engage with nature. We welcome children from birth to 6 years old and also offer the Space program, specifically designed for new parents and parents with newborns.

But it's not just the children who benefit from being a part of Otumoetai Playcentre. Our adult members value the friendships and support networks they build here too. For many families, our centre becomes a second home. We also offer opportunities for adult personal development and learning through Playcentre's free education program, which helps us understand children's development, interactions, and the importance of play.

Feel free to drop in for a visit, as the first three sessions are free. You can also give us a call to have a chat about joining our Playcentre community. Don't forget to bring morning tea and a change of clothes for your little ones, as they will surely enjoy the joys of paint and water play at Playcentre!
