He does two days a week, and those two days are the best days of his weeks he talks of how amazing everyone is and how well he is treated. Sometimes goods in transit have the status "delivered" on the tracking site while goods have not been received. Very disappointing, dishonest company."

Please explain why when my parcel arrived at your Christchurch depot on 1/3/23 from Hastings it sat in your depot until 6/3/23 before being "out for delivery" which actually didn't happen until the following day, and why did it take numerous phone calls from me including receiving the promise of a return call from your automated service that never eventuated to finally have it delivered on 7/3/23."

"Yet more damaged freight. Sadly even the Branch manager couldn't be bothered to call back. 3 days for freight to get from Auckland to Christchurch, 13 days, 2 phone calls and 1 personal visit to get the 6 kms from the depot to Hornby"
