"Absolutely awful delivery and they don’t keep their promises. Despite making 2 separate complaints and lodging an “authority to leave” which specifically requests packages to be left at the doorstep they keep leaving my packages in my mailbox. I have already had one package stolen from it. They will even put packages that are far too big for the mailbox in there with the extra spilling out so anyone walking past can see and take it. I brought this up with Aramex and they said “ It will be escalated to our higher ups so, it will not happen again.” But they’ve gone and put the last two packages in the mail box. If I had any choice to NOT use them, I would, but it’s out of my hands what carrier a sender chooses."
