"The store its self is so nice, very modern feel, but the staff are unbelievably rude Probably the worst customer services I have ever experienced they don’t even have to say anything it’s the way that they look they don’t greet you it’s terrible, and it’s not good including being in the heart of Merivale where most people have travelled all over the world and customer service in a store like that needs to be top notch and its soo bad.. a shame"

They belittled the fact that i used afterpay as a method of payment. Multiple friends have said the exact same. These women need a lesson on friendly customer service and to realise they dont own merivale."
