"Bad service. I went to purchase a battery for my watch. They said they can only do a full service with seals and lubrication and can’t sell the battery. Price quoted around $100. The watch is newish and did not require a service but they still tried to upsell. Absolutely not trustworthy and arrogant. Looks like they are fed up with small jobs and want only the $$!"

"Wish this was a 5 star review.. But it's going to have to be 1... I needed a sentimental watch fixed. I asked a few places around Tauranga including the place I brought it. They gave me all the same information. I came here to see if they could help. They charged me $20 to take my watch then tell me what everyone else told me. Not even a offer to contact a company they said could help fix it or had the parts. Just got my time wasted and $20 taken. Don't say you can give someone a quote and charge them when you can't even do that. That's considered con artistry and far from professional."
