"First time here, we're newish to the area and have been looking for a good value local. The staff were incredibly friendly, we were able to bring our little doggo who they also tended to and the food was wonderful and amazing value. Think this is the new spot for us. Thanks so much guys. :)"
"Wonderful birthday bus stop with 2 other bus groups...incredible customer service and welcoming."
"From the moment we walked in we were taken by the warm and friendly greeting. The place is spacious and comfortable. It’s easy to hear conversation at the table. Very modern and tidy decor. First time here, and pleased with our “find”"
"First time to Bishop Brothers. Booked ahead, table wasn't quite ready, but situation explained. Signs of a busy lunchtime. The service was warm and highly efficient. Lunchtime meals are very well priced. An excellent coffee and beer were served very quickly and the blue cod and chicken burger meals were delicious. Will be back."
"Bishop Brothers Public House an overall brilliant dining experiance with a few small hiccups. We started with the Baked Ciabatta Loaf which was very heavy on the garlic in the best way possible. The restaurant was clean and had a good atmosphere and the staff were absolutely delightful to deal with. We ordered the Beef cheeks in a ragu which was pleasantly prepared with some of the most tender beef I have ever enjoyed and a hearty serving size. The 300-gram Flintstone Ribeye – $35.00 was great value for money and cooked to a perfect medium rare. The guide in the menu detailing the temperatures and colour of the cooking range was a brilliant addition that helps eliminates any concerns of the steak not being cooked exactly how you like it. It was cooked perfectly with a warm red centre and the mushroom sauce that was paired with it was creamy and delicious. The duck fat smashed potatoes and the buttered vegetables were both some of the best I have had. The shoestring fries that were listed on the menu unfortunately turned out to be steak cut fries and were so over seasoned they were unfortunately inedible. We finished the night with a slice of passionfruit cheesecake which was sadly a huge let down. It appeared to have not been mixed properly as it was full of white lumps. It was so tangy and sour that we couldn’t even get halfway through it. Despite the sour taste left in our mouths at the end of the meal it was not enough to ruin what had otherwise been an exquisite meal. Overall, I would highly recommend a visit to Bishop Brothers."
