It seemed as though I was interupting something special that they were doing. I was the only person in the store so I was confused and thought to myself what could be more important than making money for the store. They were rude and they were not friendly at all. I would really like it if the manager of this store would contact me. Please."
"Ordered online on 27th Dec to click and collect told on 6th Jan in store ordered has been shipped (couldn't say when) asked customer service 11th told you guessed it order has been shipped wait for email from store .... Poor service and unrealistic wait for delivery will not be ordering online again."
