No one helped, even with an armful of clothing items, found my own fitting room, spent a good 15minutes trying everything on, despite other women coming and going from the change rooms. It wasn't until I came out with everything was anything said. The staff member knew I was there. I did not buy anything despite me wanting several of the items, rather spent my money at another store with exceptional customer service."
"Impressive range of clothing, with so much variety. There was a sale on, so the store was very busy, a lovely sales assistant Georgia, helped me with great suggestions, some I wouldn't have thought suited me, but did. She ran back & forward from the dressing room to check sizing and other options, I left with some lovely clothes, feeling great!"
"This store is sadly let down by its customer service. Shine on has a policy of no refunds. Store credit only. This is fine if you change your mind. If the product is faulty or ordered online and the wrong size and they can not provide you with the right size, they can not keep your money. It is outside of the consumer guarantees act. It doesn’t matter what they state on their website. They can not keep your money if they can not supply the product. I see from other negative reviews that people have had issues with this. Hopefully this helps others have a better experience"
