Hayden's strong banking, risk management, and financial skills, along with his profound agribusiness experience, make him a valuable asset. Having held key roles in corporate banking within the food and fibre sector, as well as his involvement in the New Zealandn milk processing industry, Hayden possesses a deep understanding of value adding governance. Additionally, his background in farming further enhances his expertise. Hayden holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Agriculture, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, and is a Fellow of the Financial Securities Institute of Australasia.

Joining Findex in 2016, Lynley brings with her 20 years of experience in providing accounting and business advisory services. Her vast knowledge extends to various industries, including property development groups, IT recruitment companies, and not-for-profit organizations. Lynley's passion lies in management reporting, ensuring stakeholders receive timely information to aid in decision making, strategy development, and forecasting.
