He unfortunately didn't have the expertise to do the fix I needed but recommended some other companies who could so that was really helpful. Only minor issue is that he kept promising he'd turn up and then didn't, I totally understand people are busy and life happens but it was frustrating as I wouldn't hear anything and I had to follow up multiple times. I acknowledge I was on a short timeline and so was more desirous of a quick response than normal though."

"Poor communication. After arranging 3 different times to come assess for a quote and not turning up for any of them I gave up. A month later I received an email apology stating they had been very busy and things had slipped. While that is understandable and great that you’ve got plenty of work a simple email stating you didn’t have capacity at the time of the first scheduled appointment and would make contact when you did would have been appreciated. Time is valuable."
