During the winter season, respiratory illnesses are prevalent, and our team of doctors and clinic staff are working tirelessly to ensure the best possible care for our patients. If you are unable to secure a face-to-face appointment, we encourage you to book a tele consult, where our online doctors can assess your condition and provide necessary treatment and advice.

However, if you believe that you or your child is sick, we urge you to present yourself to the clinic. Upon arrival, you will be triaged and assessed by a nurse, although there may be a wait due to the high demand for our services. Rest assured, one of our experienced doctors will see you and provide the necessary care.

In the event that our clinic reaches full capacity, we will direct you to one of the local A M clinics to ensure your safety and access to medical attention.

Please note that any patients who fail to attend their booked appointments will be charged the full appointment fees. For missed appointments involving children under the age of 14, a fee of $10 will be applied. If you are unable to attend your appointment, kindly contact the clinic and cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled time. If your appointment is before 10:30 am, please cancel the previous day before the clinic closes.

In case you are unable to reach us to cancel your appointment, please keep evidence of the phone call on your phone to provide to our staff.

We are pleased to offer flu vaccines for all age groups over 6 months. To ensure your protection, please book your appointment for a flu vaccine.

If face-to-face appointments are not available, we highly recommend booking tele consults. During these consultations, our online doctors will assess your condition and determine if a face-to-face appointment is necessary. Standard charges will apply for tele consults, and if you are subsequently called in for a face-to-face consultation, there will be no additional charge.

To prioritize the safety of our patients and staff, face masks are recommended within the clinic premises. If you do not have one, please ask our reception to provide you with a mask. When you arrive for your appointment, please inform the clinic by phone and wait in your car. The doctor will call you when it is your turn, and you will be directed to a separate waiting area or advised to stay in your car until called in.
