"absolute disgrace on Insurance side, seated patiently whilst previous customer spent 1.25 hour(!) with staff member, then they had a short chat, then staff member attended to emails, turned off computer and walked off without a word, but there are plenty of other vehicle insurers, shame though long term customer, think I'll can AA membership too, plenty of options there too"
"Pretty appalling service. Just went to get my card which I ended up not being able to find, would of taken only about 2 mins and becausr the person on the other end was serving she just didn't bother to wait for me. Pretty stupid and impatient if you ask me. Not to mention , maybe it is good to consider that we also aren't perfect either and people like me actually have a disability. Quite appalled tbh."
