"Truck driver was booked to pick up some hire equipment by our customer. I helped the driver out with the loading by use of our forklift. To my surprise, after my requests for him to repeat what he said, he appeared to get angry with how I could not hear him. I am deaf but use implants to hear and have never experienced such unprofessional behaviour from a truck driver. I have been unloading and loading trucks for 10 years, and as well as working both in Auckland in Christchurch I've never had any issues like this. Sad to say that it has given my company and I a bad impression of the service we could expect, and we wouldn't be recommending these people to anyone else. Charter Trucks have a great service and all the drivers are happy and glad to service us."
