"We have used cafe supply before and received our purchase with no issues. However, my most recent purchase on 05 Feb 2023 still hasn't arrived and noone has responded to my calls or emails. I understand that shipments may be delayed for a variety of reasons but it is a good practice to update customers on when they might receive their order given the delays. If cafe supply could please check their email and voice message and respond it would be much appreciated."
