Our motel is run by two sisters, Korikori and Rongo, along with Korikori’s husband Michael Hawkins. After spending 30 years living and working in Hamilton, they have returned to their hometown to create a warm and inviting accommodation experience for their guests.
Situated on Market Street, RiverBed Motel offers 10 comfortable ground-floor units that are bathed in the warm afternoon sun. Our convenient location near State Highway 1 ensures easy access, while being tucked away on a side street provides a peaceful and tranquil environment away from the noise and hustle of the main road.

"Just bizarre. A friend and I booked for the weekend (Friday and Saturday). My friend who had the booking under his name, had his flight delayed and as a result was unable to check in by 6pm. I tried to check in for us, instead of allowing this they claimed there was no booking and then went on to cancel our entire booking."
