"I got a message for pickup with invoice number when I went there to pick it up the lady on the front office said I can’t pick it up as they are running out of staff as some truck broke and his manager left the work place . I was not allowed to pick the tv for which I paid around 5k . After calling customer service from the store no decision was taken on it . Very unethical and unacceptable behaviour . Worst service ever . Wasted my 2 hours ."
