When browsing our itineraries, please note that all pricing is in New Zealand Dollars and includes 15% GST (Goods & Services Tax). However, pricing is subject to availability and confirmation of the stated itinerary at the time of booking. In the event that we are unable to confirm the stated hotels and services, we will do our best to secure suitable substitutes at similar rates, though additional costs may apply.

Our inclusions ensure a hassle-free journey, including unlimited kilometers, airport/ferry collection fee, full insurance (subject to reduced excess), front windscreen cover, personal accident insurance, and a guaranteed replacement vehicle in case of an accident. However, please be aware of the exclusions, such as insurance excess reduction, bond, petrol costs, one-way fees, and optional extras, which will require direct payment.

To proceed with securing any reservations, we do require a non-refundable deposit of NZD $250.00 per person. Some of our suppliers may also require additional deposits to cover their strict cancellation policies, and we will inform you of this during the quoting and confirmation process.

The balance of your booking will be due 45 days prior to your travel date. If you book within 45 days, full payment will be required at the time of booking. Payment can be made conveniently through electronic wire transfer, including the NZD $25.00 bank fee. We also accept Visa and Mastercard, though an additional fee of 3.1% applies.

We understand that plans can change, and we are happy to amend your itinerary and dates. However, please keep in mind that some of the original services may not be available for your new dates, resulting in additional costs for substituted services. Amendment fees may also apply for multiple changes.

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your booking, our cancellation fees apply as follows: a 30% cancellation fee of your total booking value for cancellations made between 45 and 21 days prior to your travel date, a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made between 20 and 8 days, and full cancellations with a 100% charge for cancellations made within 7 days. We will do our best to minimize these fees, but we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover yourself.
