"A complete waste of time. My partner had been sick all week with lots of his colleagues testing positive to covid yet he had been testing negative on RAT. We reached out to a GP who told him to try Orchard Rd to get a PCR. When he arrived (we live in Hurunui by the way, so it was a long drive) there was noone in the queue, the nurses were rude, humiliated him and argued with him saying because I was not symptomatic and because his RAT was negative "it's just the flu and can't possibly be covid" and refused to let him have a PCR. So he went back to work because his employer wont pay sick leave unless you're positive. I then organized another clinic to test him as he was still quite sick and guess what - we just got the results - POSITIVE. Thanks a lot for nothing you muppets, he's been at work all week spreading it to everyone else no thanks to you. RATS do not always show if someone has covid!! You want people to do the right thing and stop spreading covid but you're too lazy and cheap to test them properly!"
