"I was initially very excited to try out this salon as reading previous reviews it looked very good. However I was only met with disappointment, lack of communication and integrity from this business.. I booked online on Sunday and was sent a confirmation email. Early Monday morning I received a text saying they had to cancel my appointment due to no barber that day which was OK with me, I was offered an appointment either Tuesday or Thursday I text back to confirm I would be able to come on Tuesday. I received no follow up communication and then when I arrived at the salon Tuesday morning 30 minutes after the opening hours per website, the doors were locked and I tried ringing the phone line 2x with no answer. I then text back the cellphone number to request refund as this was now wasting my time, I was immediately called back by this number and told I could go to the barber next door who would do my hair. This to me was very questionable, however I appreciated the option but I was annoyed, had lost trust in the business and had found someone else. Communication goes a long way to attract customers. I would recommend customers avoid the online booking and make a booking either walk in or via phone to save an incident like mine."
