There was an aggressive lady demanding a refund or exchange for clearly worn shoes despite not having any receipt, original packaging, or proof of purchase. The girls on counter were extremely patient and calm, and were clearly communicating the information they needed, store policies, and offering next steps. It's not very often I send through compliments but these girls were outstanding - definitely keep them on."
