"Good location inside Chartwell Square on the ground floor. There is only 2 changing rooms so be prepared to wait if it's busy. The shop is quite crowded with racks and displays but overall they have a good selection. Staff usually very friendly although had to make a complaint the other day to head office as after returning an item I overheard the staff member complaining about me and talking about me in a disrespectful way which was not appropriate!"
