"I went to Lorna Jane tonight at Chartwell and got some amazing service from Samantha. I had been to several other stores and she was the only attendant that went out of her way to serve me and help me find what I needed. Give that girl a raise! Shopping for exercise wear is already daunting enough as it is so getting some reassurance and someone who knows the products is essential. As a customer I'm more inclined to throw money down when I actually get service. I spent $400 on a dress once simply because the sales lady was lovely and said hello and asked what I needed. Sam 10/10 I'd come back just to shop with you."
